Where We Come From
Richazina Homes was born out of a deep understanding of the challenges ordinary South Africans face when trying to access housing. Too many families are caught between the private market and government subsidies — earning too much to qualify for RDP housing, yet too little to secure a conventional bond.
We set out to bridge that gap. By combining property development, finance facilitation, architectural planning, and construction under one roof, we created a company that walks with clients from the very first conversation all the way to the day they receive their keys.
Based in the Vaal Triangle, we have grown into a trusted partner for first-time homeowners, subsidy beneficiaries, and property investors across Gauteng and beyond.
